As we move closer to the end of this school year, we begin to prepare for the upcoming school year. As you know, we have been in the developmental stages of a trimester schedule. However, during the preparation process it has become clear that there are several limiting factors with this new master schedule. Before we can fully implement a trimester schedule we need to revisit our staffing levels,band schedule, ipass scheduling system, and availability of course levels to meet the academic needs of all students. Though we continue to recognize the merits of a trimester schedule, we will require more time to address these limiting factors. With that being said, we will continue with our traditional schedule for the upcoming school year rather than implementing a trimester schedule prematurely.
